Lauren is the Host and Producer of the Imperfectly Phenomenal Woman podcast. In each episode, she talks with women about the limiting beliefs that hold them back from living fully and authentically.
For years, Lauren has been on a journey toward finding peace in who she is, and each day, she gets closer to building a life that is truly aligned with her spirit. She began the process of self-discovery, self-acceptance, and purposeful action while living in NYC and has been encouraging others to embark on the journey towards a truly fulfilling life ever since.
