Hi Everyone,
I'm Sarah. 🫶 I'm CST-T and massage therapist in Dallas, TX. I've had the privilege of T/Aing with Eric when he's come through Austin and have met a few of you in other classes (and it's so exciting to see y'all in class! ). I fell in love with CranioSacral Therapy about 8 years ago, as I believe it's been a therapy that continues to help me out of my own Chronic Depletion. I decided to sign up for this class to gain insight on what I'm feeling in my clients (many of them with complex health issues and trauma) as well as deepen some insights on my own journey experiencing this work. I think this is going to be a great month working with y'all ❤️
Hi, I'm Anna and I am a physical therapist practicing in North Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. I have been practicing for over 14 years and I have been integrating CST into my work for the last 7 years which has been life changing both for myself and for my clients. I am super excited about this particular course because I have a number of people that I treat that have no resilience and are clearly depleted. While I am able to help I feel like it is very slow progress. I am grateful to be learning how to support them more with increased efficiency!! I am also super grateful to apply these concepts for my own health journey and start rebuilding my own resilience!
Hello from Kingston, NY. I am CST-T and NYS licensed massage therapist. I have been in somatic therapy for over 25 years with a background in Upledger CST, Biodynamic CST, Hugh Milne's CST and Hakomi/Psychosynthesis counseling, This work has been my personal and spiritual growth path including learning from clients navigating their own paths. As has been said, more and more people are coming with complex conditions and so much stress. My daughter has severe long covid so my interest in working with chronic conditions is personal . I am excited to be in a group of seekers in the cranial field and to learning more about how to help myself and others in this stressful world. Is there anyone else anywhere near Kingston who would like to explore this work together?

Hi everyone! I'm Brian from Holyoke, MA. My private practice is in Chicopee, MA. I started my CST journey in 2004, completed technique certification in 2008, and attended ADV2 in 2012. When the pandemic hit in 2020 and I stopped seeing clients, my own personal chronic depletion / burnout surfaced. It has been a road to recovery since then. And because clients in my practice often mirror my life, I have been seeing more and more clients who also are experiencing depletion in their system.
I am looking forward to learning more about how to support resilience in the system - for both clients and myself. I am hoping to to widen the lense in which I receive information from the client/IW so I can be even more in tune with what the system is asking for and needs.

I know if I can reconnect with the woods, my spirit will be lighter. I also find a lot of comfort in journaling and deploy exercise to burn steam and feel energized. Somewhere along my path I made a list of these, and it fluctuates with my attention.
Hi I'm Jen from Upton Mass. I am a CST-T and a Reiki Master. I have had my own practice for the past 5 years. I have really connected with the deep brain work and love to work with post-concussion/TBI clients. I look forward to learning more about feeling core restrictions and restriction patterns. I am happy to be here! (I'm the one with the broken camera!)

Hi, I'm Brittany Box. I am a licensed massage therapist near Kansas City, Missouri. I have my own practice where I collaborate with a chiropractor and nurse practitioner. I also have been mentoring a newer massage therapist who is a contractor for me. She has started training in CST, YAY! This year I am taking VM1 as well. My hope is that the chiropractor and nurse practitioner will start learning CST or VM soon. I am so happy to be in this class. I know it will be beneficial to my clients, but myself as well.

Hi all, my name is Alexandra. I live in Flagstaff, AZ. I am hoping to find a common language to support what I already feel in my hands when working with my main population- chronic, complex disease. I am in the integrative medicine field so hope to bring a different perspective and deepen my learning.
